1. Scope

TheraMemory provides web software for therapists to manage post-session notes, structured AI outputs, and client context between sessions.

2. Key limitations

• TheraMemory is not HIPAA-compliant.
• Do not upload PHI or directly identifying health data.
• AI outputs are assistive only and do not replace clinical judgment.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for account credentials and all actions under your account. You must use lawful data and obtain all required permissions from your clients.

4. Data use

The service stores user data to provide functionality. Sensitive fields are encrypted at application level as described in platform documentation.

5. AI usage

AI features are available under product limits and plan rules. Cached AI results may be reused to reduce repeated processing.

6. Service changes

Provider may update features, limits, and legal documents. Material updates are published in Legal Center with versioning.

7. Liability

Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, this agreement is governed by Florida, USA law.

9. Contact

If any conflict exists between localized versions, apply the version designated by Provider as controlling in Legal Center.
